		<description>How exciting!!  I think Dr. Oz is pretty awesome.  He definitely knows his stuff!  You will have so much fun at the meeting, I&#039;m excited for you, so much to learn!  I like SMART, it&#039;s a great way to create and process goals.  thanks for sharing this, or at least reviewing it (I know I learned this before, I just sort of forgot!!).

		<description>Great post!  I love the SMART cocept.  A lot of times I will have patients (or parents) who come in with a weight loss goal for themselves of their child.  I always try to bring the focus back to how we are going to work on that goal with specifics..work out at least 3 days, eat at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies etc.  It is so important to set those small attainable goals.</description>
