Confused by what an ounce sizes up to?

Wondering how in the world you’re supposed to know what a tablespoon looks like on the fly?

WELL—so are A LOT of folks! It’s been shown that even health professionals can get serving sizes wrong! Trust me—it’s TRUE!!!

SO … if you’re like me and sometimes need an extra-oomph tool to help you accurately spot a tablespoon from a quarter cup OR a half-cup from one cup sans kitchen paraphernalia, check out WebMD’s AWESOME Portion Size Plate.     Thanks for the referral. Portion sizes can be deceiving. I’m always terrible at judging pasta!

    I’ve checked this out before. It’s such a great tool! Portion sizes can get confusing..even for me!
