		<description>What a great recipe. I&#039;m a new fan of quinoa, and I have yet to eat a quinoa dish I don&#039;t like. The trick is in the rinsing and of course, the wonderful ingredients you pair it with. I recently created a quinoa recipe with dried apricots, slivered almonds, lemon juice, honey, cumin, and a bunch of other fabulous ingredients. It went over really well with my entire family. Really enjoying your Breakfast Challenge.</description>
